The user guarantees that the personal data facilitated to the Owner is true and is responsible for communicating any modification to same.
The Owner, in accordance with applicable legislation, guarantees the owner of the data the storage and handling of same under all due conditions of security, professional confidence and privacy. Having established all the technical resources within his reach to avoid the loss, fraudulent use or misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data facilitated by the user, without prejudice to informing you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
The Owner guarantees to the owner of the data of a personal nature, that he/she will be able to exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as established under the law (art. 15 and 16), in the legally established terms and conditions. The policy-holder expressly authorises Álvaro de Falguera, Insurance Broker F-2205, in the automated handling of his/her personal data, as well as any that may be required in the event of a claim, as they are necessary and indispensable for the establishment and maintenance of mediation in the policy and to keep you occasionally informed about products and services related to the activity insured. Giving express consent for said data to be ceded to the insurance Entity with which his/her policy is subscribed.
The rights of access, rectification and cancellation may be exercised vis-a-vis the Broker himself, as person responsible for the filing system, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th of December regarding the Protection of Data.
