How to contract your nautical insurance policy?

Once the specifics of your vessel have been studied along with the type of navigation, your consultant will send you a series of personalised projects and will contact you to explain the details of each one. From this moment on, formalising the insurance for your vessel is very simple, within 15 minutes you can have your policy at any point of the national territory. To do so, you should follow these steps:

1. Contact us at the central customer services number 93 414 15 36, where your consultant will attend you from Monday to Thursday, from 9.30 to 14 h. and from 16 to 20 h. as well as Fridays from 9 to 14h. 

2. Make sure you have all the documentation of your vessel to hand, as you will be asked: the details of the policy holder (Name, ID/Passport, date of birth, etc.) and the details relating to your vessel, specifically: make and model, registration, name, year of construction, power and mooring.

3. With this information you will be immediately sent the provisional of your nautical insurance by email or fax. The definitive policy will arrive within approximately 15 days at the address you made available to us.

Important: Insurance companies close on Fridays at 14h. Therefore the issuing of any policy for the weekend must be undertaken prior to Friday at 13:00h.
