Accidents, theft and loss adjustments

In the event of an accident, if you require assistance at sea or experience any other maritime emergency, use the international channels and frequencies to immediately contact Search and Rescue , either through channel 16 VHF or by calling Maritime Emergencies on free phone 900.202.202, for the National Search and Rescue Service.

Once the rescue has been finalised, when you are back in the port, contact our Accidents Department on central telephone: 93 414 15 36, or send an email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Our personnel will help you to process the accident report with your insurance company and will subsequently keep you informed of the progress: 

- Loss adjustment
- Valuation on the part of the company
- Etc.

In the event of theft of/in your vessel, the first step is to present the corresponding report at the police station and then send us a copy of same so that we may follow the opportune procedures with the insurance company you have your insurance policy with.
